Customisable Manufacturing Process Lead

The ideal candidate will drive the development of our customisable product's manufacturing process.
- Provide technical leadership for cross-functional projects, ensuring divisional requirements are met.
- Determine project objectives and make decisions on project direction and results.
- Monitor and control project progress, applying sound engineering principles.
- Lead capital acquisition activities, including equipment specification and negotiation.
- Analyse equipment performance and participate in process review meetings.
- Cross-train and mentor others on related topics.
- Support new product introductions and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of post-processing techniques and manufacturing requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage innovation pipelines.
- Experience in NPI desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a key position within the Joint Replacement New Product Introduction team.
