We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the day-to-day operations of our human resources department.
Job OverviewThe selected candidate will work closely with the HR coordinators to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes aligning with best practices in Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including visa applications and reporting.
- Prepare HR documents such as letters and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments on reports and updates.
- Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in HR projects and process improvements.
- Prior experience in HR administration or office administration is preferred.
