We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galway.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and live chat. They will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working options available after a probation period. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer questions/concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems
  • Assisting customers with orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, products, promotions, policies, and procedures
  • Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish & English
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
