Senior Data Analyst Life

The role we are looking to fill is that of a Senior Data Analyst, tasked with overseeing data operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures and workflows, as well as experience in leading or managing a team.

About the Job:

  • Oversee data quality reviews and drive process improvements.
  • Manage a team of analysts responsible for data management.
  • Collaborate with business users on data-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data procedures and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding data operational issues.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and team productivity.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of the team's deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data operations or data management.
  • Experience in insurance or reinsurance industry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
