Compliance Expertise Wanted

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Compliance team as an Associate Compliance Manager. This role is perfect for someone who wants to utilize their expertise in regulatory compliance to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should also possess knowledge of industry-specific regulations such as UCITS, AIFM, ESG/SFDR, and MiFID requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters
  2. Act as primary contact for compliance-related queries and issues
  3. Monitor and escalate compliance breaches, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
  4. Conduct horizon scanning and analyze the impact of regulatory changes
  5. Support the development and implementation of the compliance framework
  6. Draft and review compliance policies and procedures
  7. Deliver compliance training and education to relevant personnel
  8. Maintain compliance logs and mandatory records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial services
  • Strong analytical skills and industry awareness
  • Proactive approach to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of the Investment Management industry and associated compliance requirements
  • Understanding of UCITS, AIFM, ESG/SFDR, and MiFID requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Postgraduate professional qualifications are desirable
