Our organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Corporate Governance Services Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients meet statutory obligations by maintaining company secretarial records, updating minute books, and statutory registers. You will also be responsible for preparing and filing statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office, as well as dealing with queries and requests from clients, auditors, solicitors, and internal staff. Additionally, you will assist clients in setting up Irish entities through company formations and branch registrations, and ensure that the company secretarial database is up-to-date. This role requires excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure they meet statutory obligations.
  • Maintain company secretarial records, update minute books, and statutory registers.
  • Prepare and file statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office.
  • Deal with queries and requests from clients, auditors, solicitors, and internal staff.
  • Assist clients in setting up Irish entities through company formations and branch registrations.
  • Ensure the company secretarial database is up-to-date.
