We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team in a dynamic and progressive engineering company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in generating project schedules, monitoring work progress, and preparing progress reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate detailed project schedules in conjunction with the project team.
  • Monitor and manage project work progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct value engineering and project procurement activities.
  • Manage project build reviews and interactions with co-contractors.
  • Design and model 3D projects using Autodesk software.
  • Evaluate the overall performance, reliability, and safety of final products.
  • Interact and manage clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Carry out quality control through inspections and snagging, including P&ID and layout drawing reviews.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HVAC and piping systems.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience post-qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate detailed reports.
  • A positive attitude, passion for learning, and ability to take accountability.
