Drive Business Transformation in Europe

As a seasoned Change Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of significant business change across Europe, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations. This role demands a deep understanding of change management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans aligned with project and organisational goals.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, understand employee journeys, and address concerns through targeted strategies.
  • Create clear, engaging materials for communication and training purposes.
  • Establish a change agent network and deliver training to support local adoption and readiness.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives through structured tracking and stakeholder updates.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in M&A change activity, preferably in Europe.
  • Proven experience in change management roles within professional firms or consultancy environments.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
