Job Title: Construction Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the construction of a residential development in Dublin.

This is a critical position, requiring hands-on management of all aspects of the construction process, from planning and coordination to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust work plans as necessary to address any delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
  • Foster a positive, productive working environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, preferably within the residential construction sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit residential projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
