We are seeking a skilled Finance Integration Accountant to join our team in Cork. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company committed to sustainability and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial onboarding of acquired stores, aligning them with our systems and compliance expectations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning-including capital expenditure-for acquisition targets.
  • Oversee the financial "hard close" process, identify acquisition-related risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Manage compliance aspects, including audits, financial statements, and entity lifecycle support.
  • Assist with technical accounting during restructures, store closures, or sales.
  • Build internal relationships across finance and operations teams-occasional travel may be required.
Requirements:
  • A qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Experience managing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and technical accounting across multiple entities.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational, project, and change management aptitude.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly committed to accuracy and process improvement.
