Operations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed, and coordinating with logistics teams, finance, and manufacturing.

This role will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and be influential across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and be able to integrate new processes when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations from a hands-on perspective
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed
  • Coordinate with logistics teams, finance, and manufacturing
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in a supply chain business, preferably in manufacturing
  • Sales and commercial support administration experience
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders, forging strong relationships
  • Knowledge of manufacturing SOPs and logistics management
  • Advanced administrative skills, including ERP and MS Excel
