Job Summary

We require an accomplished Site Manager with extensive experience in overseeing site operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and on time, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the construction site.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in site management is required.
  • The successful candidate must be able to read and understand design team drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organisational skills are essential to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to implement safe systems of work.
  • Prior experience in services installation to industry standards is highly desirable.
