HR Business Partner

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced HR professional to partner with management and employees in a leading childcare company based in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees, fostering an open-door approach.
  • Deliver workshops on HR topics to promote knowledge sharing among management teams.
  • Promote the effective use of HR tools to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation of recognition programs and surveys to measure staff morale.
  • Manage the employee feedback platform to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Contribute to policy reviews and updates to ensure compliance with Irish employment law.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Lead internal investigations, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Oversee workplace safety and incident management to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Serve as the main liaison for benefits and incentive programs promoting employee well-being.
  • Support initiatives focused on absence management, wellbeing strategy, and the onboarding experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations and operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Irish employment law, with the ability to apply it effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Suite.
  • A valid full driving license is advantageous.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
