This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced HR professional to partner with management and employees in a leading childcare company based in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees, fostering an open-door approach.
- Deliver workshops on HR topics to promote knowledge sharing among management teams.
- Promote the effective use of HR tools to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of recognition programs and surveys to measure staff morale.
- Manage the employee feedback platform to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to identify areas for growth and development.
- Contribute to policy reviews and updates to ensure compliance with Irish employment law.
- Maintain accurate employee records, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Lead internal investigations, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee workplace safety and incident management to ensure a safe working environment.
- Serve as the main liaison for benefits and incentive programs promoting employee well-being.
- Support initiatives focused on absence management, wellbeing strategy, and the onboarding experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations and operations.
- Thorough knowledge of Irish employment law, with the ability to apply it effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years' experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Suite.
- A valid full driving license is advantageous.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
