About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will lead internal staff communications that align with our company values, managing the people calendar and collaborating with marketing to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels.

You will create and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition, utilising feedback and data to inform improvements and track results.

Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by helping to develop and embed inclusive practices across teams.

Develop, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.

Provide support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.

Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Team to deliver smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.

Contribute to improving HR processes, employee experience, and overall team efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR is required, with CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) being desirable.

A proven track record in HR or people-focused roles, ideally within a values-driven organisation, delivering employee experience and engagement initiatives is essential.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction, ideally within regulated environments, is required.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset is necessary.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial.

Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters are vital.

A passion for fostering inclusion, belonging, and a positive workplace culture is a must.
