Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for process improvement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and optimizing business processes and related policies/procedures to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.

About the Job

The Cybersecurity GRC Team is an exciting and growing area of cybersecurity which works to ensure that our organization maintains a strong cybersecurity posture by aligning regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal risk management frameworks with business units.

You will have a significant opportunity in making a difference within the Cybersecurity organization, as well as across our organization overall.

Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Work across business units to gather and maintain a comprehensive set of program information to drive cybersecurity across the enterprise.
  • Conduct gap analysis and root cause investigations to address inefficiencies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, automation and best practices.
  • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track improvements and measure success.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping exercises.
  • SUPPORT change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of processes, procedures and controls.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Aris, BPMN.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Certification for business in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP Prince 2) is a plus.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity including and not limited to: CC, CRISC, CGEIT, CIPM GSLC, CISM etc are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related IT degree.
