Finance Professional

In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day investor transactions such as investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete investor transactions in accordance with regulatory policies.
- Meet service level agreements and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Respond to client queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform daily tasks, processes, and deliverables with accuracy and quality.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or relevant experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
- Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionalities is an asset.
- Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal.
- Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products and proficiency with Microsoft Excel are beneficial.
