Seeking a seasoned retail professional to join our team as Assistant Store Manager.

The role involves supporting the Store Manager in ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with colleagues to oversee all store areas.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • An aptitude for working well under pressure, maintaining attention to detail, and motivating oneself and others.
  • Proven experience in stock control, rotation, ordering, and deliveries.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including in-house ordering platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining efficient daily operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, overseeing all store areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Superb organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in stock control, rotation, ordering, and deliveries.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in in-house ordering systems.
