Job Overview:

This role involves providing administrative support to various teams within the Quality Directorate. The main focus areas are Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate compliance records with timely follow-up on actions. This includes maintaining inspection and incident records in line with organizational policies.
  • Analyze data using QGMIS and other systems for report generation, dashboard creation, and committee paper development.
  • Coordinate Fire Risk Assessment records, action plans, and related compliance documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support claims handling by gathering evidence, redacting sensitive information, and liaising with insurers and loss adjusters.
  • Organize meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
  • At least one year's experience in an administrative role involving data management, compliance tracking, or governance support.
  • Experience with IT systems for extracting, analyzing, and presenting data.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
