Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Customer Retention Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing customer retention and driving business growth in Ireland.

You will work closely with Dealer Relations Account Managers to identify common causes of retention and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

As a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation skills, you will handle your own time and priorities while meeting monthly goals.

Our growing customer base requires exceptional customer service skills, so it is essential that you can listen and respond to dealers' queries in a timely manner.

This role demands strong analytical, presenting, and problem-solving skills. You should have a proven track record of closing sales and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of closing sales experience
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish relationships with clients
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical background
  • Proficiency or advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
