We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Junior Security and Fraud Prevention Analyst. This role plays a crucial part in the success of one of the world's leading trading and brokerage brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries via callbacks, including verbal and video client verification
  • Handle escalations related to security systems via tickets
  • Focus on implementing security protocols and practices
  • Escalate suspicious client activity or behavior to Senior SFP Analysts
  • Track fraud cases and trends proactively
  • Create training materials for on-the-job learning and fraud awareness
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an information or fraud prevention role
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS computer systems and basic office applications
  • Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge, particularly in the security sector, including languages: Fluent French and English required
