Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Client Operations—Security and Fraud (SF) team in Dublin. This dynamic role involves proactive handling of client inquiries, problem management, and tracking of fraud cases and trends.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong analytical approach and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively handling client exceptional inquiries via callbacks and verbal/video client verification.

The role also involves handling escalations of client inquiries about IBKR's security system via tickets, as well as problem management with a focus on security protocols and practices.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for handling escalations of suspicious client activity or behavior to Senior SFP Analysts, and proactive tracking of fraud cases and trends realized.

About You
  • You have 2+ years' experience in an information or fraud prevention role.
  • You hold a BSc in STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
  • You are proficient in Windows and/or macOS computer systems and basic office applications.
  • You maintain up-to-date knowledge of the security industry as it relates to IBKR, including Information Security.
  • You have fluency in French and English.

  • You can engage and maintain a conversation with clients.
  • You can build rapport, handle objections and actively steer communications to collect required information and assist.
