Security and Fraud Analyst Role

About the Job

This role requires a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and maintain conversations with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in an information or fraud prevention role, a background in STEM areas, and fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Handling client inquiries and escalations related to security systems via tickets
  • Problem management with a focus on security protocols and practices
  • Tracking of fraud cases and trends
  • Creation of training materials for on-the-job learning

Requirements

  • Experience in an information or fraud prevention role
  • BSc in STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
  • Fluency in French and English
