Risk Investigation and Fraud Prevention Specialist Job Description The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Risk Investigation and Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work with us in Dublin, Ireland. Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough investigations into complex situations and potential brand risks.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance internal policies and tools.3. Analyze patterns and trends, and provide feedback to stakeholders to improve models.4. Educate users on security and safety best practices while using the system responsibly.5. Work closely with product stakeholders and shared services stakeholders to identify and escalate trends and product vulnerabilities.6. Maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations, and comprehensively document findings.7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of User Knowledge Operations.8. Collaborate with external product vendors to enhance proactive and reactive risk detection. Required Skills and Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have:1-2 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or Trust and Safety.Familiarity with the Google suite: mail, docs, sheets, and slides.Mac OS experience with customer ticketing systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to balance fraud prevention alongside a positive customer experience.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on solutions and outcomes.Strong investigative ability, due diligence, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills. Benefits We offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
