Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Team Lead to lead our team in a fast-paced hotel environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

About the Role
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless receipt of bar stock in a secure and controlled manner.
  • Manage payroll and rosters for the department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maximise revenue by setting clear objectives and targets, driving upselling initiatives that deliver tangible results.
  • Optimise cost management, striking a balance between customer satisfaction and financial prudence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hotels and hospitality, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, taking initiative to drive projects forward and achieve desired outcomes.
