Clinical Mental Health Specialist

At Nua Healthcare Services, we're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Ireland's new specialist mental health inpatient service, providing care and treatment for adults aged 18-65 with mental disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with your employer and comply with relevant Acts, standards, and regulations.
- Ensure Personal Plans and Intensive Care Plans are up-to-date and services meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Be familiar with local safety statements, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to patients and staff.
- Support patients with health appointments and follow recommendations.
Requirements:
- Registration on the Psychiatric Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Excellent knowledge of Medication Management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- An understanding of individual needs and ability to work under pressure.
