Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Report to Commercial Manager on Programs Performances.
  • Manage Purchasing, Sales, and Stock of material.
  • Support identification of opportunities with new products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve programs and create new revenue streams.
  • Ensure close communication with Stakeholders globally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Third-level education in Business or related field.
  • Knowledge of MRO business.
  • 5+ years in a material trading position.
  • Entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Ability to travel and attend Trade Shows.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated issues with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficient in using MS Office & ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
