As a Material Program Team Leader, you will oversee the entire process, from procurement to inventory management. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize material procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for purchasing, sales, and stock management.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage purchasing, sales, and stock of materials, ensuring that all operations are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in material trading or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and attend industry events.
