Communications Leader

This individual leads the development and execution of communications that inspire, connect, and reinforce the critical role operations functions play in business success.

Key responsibilities include driving strategic operations communications, developing executive & leader communications, enhancing employee engagement & communication effectiveness, leading change & organizational communications, preparing for and managing issues, supporting external communications, measuring impact & driving continuous improvement, collaborating & aligning globally, supporting operations-related content creation, and championing culture & corporate values.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in communication or a related discipline, extensive experience within a pharmaceutical organisation, proven ability to lead communications around sensitive and high-impact operational matters, strong collaborator and relationship builder, innovative communicator with the ability for engaging manufacturing audiences, skilled at identifying operational efficiencies and applying communications best practices, strong stakeholder management with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, and ability to operate in a fast-paced and complex environment.
