Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including accurate data entry of invoices and processing payments to suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Process employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile various ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong foundation in core accounting principles and a commitment to professional growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and other accounting software.
- Familiarity with financial accounting, management accounting, and audit principles.
