Join us in a challenging role as Production Leader where you will be responsible for leading a team of production employees to achieve company goals in terms of quality, schedule, yield, and productivity.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the team to meet project goals.
- Ensure that the team clearly understands the goals and follows manufacturing specifications and procedures.
- Support initiatives to improve productivity and quality by reducing waste, rework, inspection, and customer returns/complaints.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of global logistics operations and industry.
- Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
- Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments.
- Strong communication skills.
Required education and experience includes:
- Engineering degree; Degree related to electronic manufacturing preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in at least 2 of the following operations areas: Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Materials.
