Role Overview

This is a key position within the organization, responsible for providing strategic support to the HR team and assigned business areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless operation of the Human Resources department.
  • Work closely with assigned business areas to align with organizational goals.
  • Perform sensitive and confidential duties as required.
Working Arrangements:

The role will be office-based a minimum of 2.5 days per week, primarily based in our High Performance Centre in Blanchardstown, Sports Campus two days per week and the remaining days at our Head Office in Ballsbridge.

Flexibility will be required where more in-office days are needed, and we reserve the right to request an employee to be flexible in their duties when the business need requires it.
