Chief Engineer Role

The successful candidate will lead the engineering team of Ryanair Group's A320 fleet across operational bases, ensuring compliance with objectives and requirements. This includes management of continuing airworthiness activities, notification of deficiencies, and revision of maintenance programmes.

The role also involves assessing subcontractors, ensuring aircraft maintenance by approved organisations, and performance of competency assessments. Furthermore, the Chief Engineer will oversee the development of the Maintenance and Reliability Programme, participate in Safety Review boards, and perform Safety Risk Assessments.

Required skills and qualifications include 5 years of relevant work experience, knowledge of Human Factors principles, and practical experience in aviation safety standards. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
