This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on interesting and complex transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with client/organisational goals and best practices.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
  • Provide support in organisational design, change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness and other strategic initiatives.
  • Design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the development of project plans including defining scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree and relevant professional experience preferably prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience using relevant tools, templates and change management methodologies.
  • Strong personal impact and resilience, able to influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.
