Job Description

We are seeking a Trade Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing transactions and portfolio holdings to ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and internal guidelines.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Analyze transactions and portfolio holdings to ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and internal guidelines.">
  • Research and address inquiries related to investment guidelines from the Trade Floor and other internal/external parties.">
  • Confirm that all trades are compliant by the end of each business day.">
  • Prepare various reports on a daily basis for relevant internal groups.">
  • Participate in ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing and automating the Trade Compliance process.">

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics) preferred CFA designation or active status in the CFA program is a plus with Prior Compliance Monitoring experience in the investment management industry.
