
Technical Product Support Specialist

Job Title
">Provide technical support to partners and clients globally, working closely with a global team of Business Support Engineers.
Assist in the deployment of Meta Products at scale, partnering with business partners and clients.
Manage technical relationships with Meta partners, providing integration support through Cloud-Based APIs, Financial Technology, and Telecommunications Integrations.
Gain in-depth experience in one of our business products, troubleshooting and deploying them efficiently.
Work closely with regional offices and partnership teams to integrate Meta's Business Products into partner offerings.
Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems for infrastructure and operations to ensure high availability.
Communicate partner needs to Meta product teams to improve user experience.
Help scale programs by creating informative content and documentation for partner integration.
Provide 24/7 on-call support coverage via rotation schedules.
5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Service Engineer or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field experience.
Experience developing, deploying, and operating software in public cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.).
Proven experience in API development on cloud-based infrastructures.
Proficiency in full-stack development with experience in SOAP, REST-API technologies, and architectures.
Experience communicating with technical and business audiences and creating technical documentation.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructures and network protocols on different layers.
Experience assessing, analyzing, and resolving operational issues using data.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
