Hotel Reservations Coordinator Position

Glenlo Abbey Estate is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Reservations Coordinator to oversee customer reservations and enquiries. The ideal candidate will possess experience in revenue management, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of hotel systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer reservations and enquiries.
  • Train the reservations team to deliver high service standards, including telephone etiquette and genuine customer care.
  • Optimise room sales and revenue through efficient revenue management practices.
  • Analyse forthcoming business trends and provide regular reporting.
  • Support the wider hotel team and develop the reservations department.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience as assistant reservations manager in a luxury property.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Revenue Management advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong systems knowledge, including PMS, booking engines, and channel managers.
  • Customer-centric approach and background.
