Mechanical Construction Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Construction Supervisor to oversee major Pharmaceutical Construction Projects in West Cork, ensuring client satisfaction and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction activities, review RAMS, and obtain necessary permits.
  • Ensure installations meet client mechanical specifications.
  • Develop and manage punch list items.
  • Highlight cost increases and scope changes to the Project Engineer.
  • Witness testing of components where required.
  • Support validation engineer in C&Q execution.
  • Coordinate construction windows for production installation.
  • Monitor IQ paperwork and GMP sign-off.
Requirements:
  • Degree-educated or strong trades background with significant experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in the Construction Sector.
  • At least ten years' experience in Life-Science or Mission Critical Sectors.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
