Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Director to lead complex projects from concept to delivery. This is an onsite role that requires high-level leadership and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple disciplines including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in electronics or regulated industries.
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification (PMP preferred).
  • Familiarity with hardware, embedded software/firmware, mechanical product design, cloud/IoT platforms, and lab validation.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
