ETF Operations Supervisor Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an ETF operations supervisor to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in evolving and growing our business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily ETF trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations, ensuring timely delivery of accurate results.
  • Evaluate ETF funds for valuation purposes, guaranteeing precise and timely delivery of Net Asset Values (NAVs).
  • Ensure clients' and stakeholders' deliverables are completed within set deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with various HSBC stakeholders, contributing to departmental initiatives, projects, and new product development.
  • Promote process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency projects to enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain meticulous control over migrated processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of all ETF-related tasks.
  • Demonstrate exceptional client awareness and contribute to successful business implementation processes and onboarding of new funds.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of the ETF Operating Model, guaranteeing compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide regular management information, including KPIs and board reporting, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain adherence to ETF operations procedures, mitigating risks associated with any potential issues.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering excellent client service and KPI outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in fund administration, transfer agency, or financial operations.
  • A deep understanding of risk management principles, its impact on ETF processes, and mitigation strategies.
  • An extensive knowledge of ETFs and strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
