AML Professional Job Opportunity

As an AML professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining organized client and investor records. This includes identifying weaknesses in existing records and implementing measures to ensure compliance is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify that all clients and fund investors meet the required Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
  • Establish accurate profiles for clients within our electronic database and upload relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to engage with external parties and gather necessary information.
  • Regularly conduct follow-ups with client-facing teams and respond promptly to requests.
  • Address automatically generated alerts in a timely manner.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an AML position within the financial sector.
  • Fundamental understanding of AML requirements in Luxembourg.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures.
