We are seeking a highly skilled AML Analyst to play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems by identifying and mitigating Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing Terrorism (CFT) risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate client records in databases and hard copy files.
  • Identify weaknesses in existing records and take action to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review alerts generated by screening tools on a weekly basis.
  • Provide guidance and support on AML/CFT matters to client-facing teams.
  • Deal directly with external parties as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in AML roles within the financial services sector.
  • General understanding of AML requirements.
  • Knowledge of fund structures.
  • Analytical approach with strong research skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Fluency in English; French or German an advantage.
