We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a passion for delivering high-quality results.

">Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various channels, including email, phone, and screen sharing.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to ensure accurate and efficient responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and projects team to ensure seamless transitions from project-based work to ongoing support.
- Work closely with customer success managers and product teams to resolve client issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales and customer success managers.
- Log and track technical issues, taking ownership of resolution and mobilizing the development team when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including license details, transactions, and comments.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Be recognized as a key contributor to the team's continued growth and success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of the organization.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Desirable: third-level qualification or equivalent.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in food service and/or nutrition is advantageous but not essential.
