We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various channels, including email, phone, and screen sharing.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to ensure accurate and efficient responses to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding and projects team to ensure seamless transitions from project-based work to ongoing support.
  • Work closely with customer success managers and product teams to resolve client issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales and customer success managers.
  • Log and track technical issues, taking ownership of resolution and mobilizing the development team when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including license details, transactions, and comments.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Desirable: third-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in food service and/or nutrition is advantageous but not essential.
