Order Management Coordinator Role

This position plays a vital role in supporting working relationships with direct transactional accounts. To be successful, the candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge receipt of Purchase Orders from customers and review them for accuracy.
  • Communicate order and delivery status to internal and external customers, including notification of upcoming back-orders.
  • Act as the primary contact point for customers after an order has been generated up to order invoicing, including complaint management.
  • Validate that purchase orders comply with corporate and finance guidelines.
  • Proactively communicate with sales on EMEA back-orders and recovery plans, as well as expected supply chain shortages.
  • Confirm pick and advise customer collection of orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, or 3-5 years without the required education.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, Visio, and email communication tools.
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills, including good phone skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and organizational structures.
  • Strong attitude and sense of ownership of customer issues.
  • Fluency in English is essential, both verbally and in writing.
  • A second European language is preferable, but not required.
