Project Manager

Drive success in eCommerce by overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through to go-live. Coordinate new launches across multiple marketplaces and platforms, maintaining project plans and tracking milestones.

Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, CMS, and payment systems, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.

Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core, conducting cost analyses and executing project reviews to optimize efficiency.

  • Manage complex eCommerce or technical projects with 2-4 years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager.
  • Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince) and experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and a strong technical aptitude.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, or other platforms, an MSc, or equivalent qualification, and be highly organized with a meticulous approach to project management.
