Job Title: Global Medical Lead Early Assets

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our early assets medical affairs efforts. This role will be responsible for establishing key relationships with patient organizations, scientific societies, and other external stakeholders.

  • This includes developing engagement plans, providing education and support to these groups, and working closely with our cross-functional teams to define product hypotheses and therapeutic positioning.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical practice, guidelines, and existing standards in rare diseases, as well as experience in interacting with patient advocacy groups (PAGs) in rare diseases.

In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying evidence gaps for regulators, payers, prescribers, and patients, and outlining clinical trials, real-world studies, and HEOR research to address these gaps.

You will work closely with our R&D project lead, commercial lead, and early stage diligence team to ensure that our product development efforts are aligned with regulatory, clinical, and commercial goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including PAGs, KEEs, and relevant stakeholders.
