Job Title: People Engagement and Strategy Specialist

Sanderson is partnering with a rapidly growing education and care centre client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to support our client's people strategy and drive positive employee experience.

\

This role would suit someone who is operating at a Senior Generalist level looking to get to the next step or a new or developing HR Business Partner.

\

The position involves:

  • \
  • Advising and coaching managers on HR matters including performance, absence and conflict\
  • Leading investigations and managing employee relations cases\
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, GDPR and employment law\
  • Overseeing probation, performance reviews and development pathways\
  • Managing workplace incident reporting and liaising with relevant teams\
  • Supporting benefits administration and payroll coordination\
  • Leading or contributing to HR projects and data reporting\
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives\
  • Providing guidance on HR best practices and industry trends\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes\
  • Identifying and mitigating potential HR risks and issues\
  • Building strong relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders\
  • Communicating HR policies and procedures effectively\
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations\
  • Contributing to the development of HR processes and procedures\
  • Providing training and support to employees and managers\
  • Analyzing and interpreting HR data to inform business decisions\
  • Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Solid HR generalist experience ideally within a fast-paced multi-site environment\
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law\
  • Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills\
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion\
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills\
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams\
  • Experience with HR systems and software\
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws
