Job Summary

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including new employee onboarding, staff induction, and employee relations. They will also support the Learning Academy by organising training sessions and maintaining records, and assist in probation reviews, performance processes, and mentoring programmes. Additionally, they will handle communications, including emails, newsletters, and reports, and help organise the Employee Survey and follow-up actions.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in HR administration being highly desirable. They should be proficient in HR systems, reporting, and training, and have a relevant Level 8 degree. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is also a plus.
