Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include meeting and greeting customers, operating a busy switchboard, handling telephone calls, and monitoring incoming calls.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, providing refreshments as required.
  • Operate a busy switchboard, answering and directing calls efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Monitor and record incoming calls, ensuring accurate information is maintained.
  • Follow up on customer queries and satisfaction surveys, improving overall customer experience.
  • Prepare and update reports for management, maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Department, assisting with tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Efficient organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
