- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitor and record incoming calls, ensuring accurate information is maintained.
- Follow up on customer queries and satisfaction surveys, improving overall customer experience.
- Prepare and update reports for management, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department, assisting with tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Efficient organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong numerical ability and IT skills, with proficiency in software applications.
