We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive business growth at our sites.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative individual who can confidently represent the business at community-based events and across social media platforms. They should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to take the lead on initiatives when needed, and prioritize competing demands while working under pressure.

  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification in marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years' previous marketing experience, ideally in a busy motor dealership or fast-paced business
  • Proactive and confident in representing the business at community-based events
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and work under pressure

You'll have a valid, clean, and full driving licence and be passionate about customers and business growth. As a results-oriented professional with a collaborative approach and upbeat attitude, you'll identify and implement strategies to boost sales.

About You

You're a progressive, ambitious, and innovative person with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You'll be comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including TikTok (minimum twice weekly)
  • Involving all departments
  • Respond to all comments, reviews, and messages across social channels

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Host bi-monthly meetings with all departments to align marketing strategies and ensure equal exposure
  • Create and promote regular service and parts offers, tracking performance for ROI

Community Engagement & Local Promotion:

  • Represent the dealership at community events and station displays
  • Build partnerships with local organizations to increase community presence

Business Development & Budgeting:

  • Focusing on achieving key marketing goals and supporting business growth
  • Develop and manage quarterly marketing initiatives
