Workplace Administrator Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to become an integral part of our office environment as a Workplace Administrator. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless event logistics, meeting room management, catering, and AV setup.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries with utmost efficiency.
  • Maintain shared spaces, kitchens, and supplies in pristine condition, ensuring they are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Respond promptly to queries and requests via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide general administrative support, including printing, scanning, and document handling with precision.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to uphold high service standards.
  • Occasionally assist with early morning or evening events (hours agreed in advance), demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar front-of-house or office coordination role, preferably in legal or professional services environments.
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and AV equipment, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A professional, polished, and approachable demeanor, combined with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-driven, even in fast-paced situations, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
